DELIVERY

 
The majority of orders are dispatched the same day or within 24 hrs. You will receive an email when your goods are dispatched. If there are any delays we will let you know. Priority is given to orders where Special Delivery Service has been selected, however to ensure there is time to pick and post these orders they should be placed by 2.45pm.
 

UK POSTAGE & PACKING
Sent by Royal Mail First Class Post:-
Orders up to £10.00 ----- £1.15
Orders up to £30.00 ----- £1.70
UK orders over £30.00 are sent FREE by First Class Post.
You can pay extra for Recorded Delivery & Special Delivery (next working day:- Mon-Fri).

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery:- This service carries a £1.10 surcharge regardless of order value.
 
Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery:- Priced at a surcharge of £5.35 for all order values.


EUROPEAN RATES
We deliver to European Countries using Royal Mail Airmail.
The shipping charge is £3.76 for order values up to £70.00. Above £70.00 postage will be free.

 
For those customers who would like a more secure option we offer airmail with insurance where a signature is required when the goods are delivered. The service also offers a degree of trackability. This option carries a surcharge of £4.99 regardless of order value.

WORLDWIDE RATES
We can deliver to most countries worldwide using Royal Mail Airmail with Insurance.
Shipping charge is £10.50 for any order value up to £175.00. Above £175.00 postage will be free.
A signature is required when the goods are delivered.

BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

For customers living in British Overseas Territories (outside of Europe) we offer a special postal rate.

1st class airmail is fixed at £7.20 for any order value up to £70.00. On orders over £70.00  the postage will be free.
